In the scope of our activity, we may collect the following categories of data:

- Health Data (Special Category): Clinical information, psychological history, and other health data strictly necessary for the provision of Psychology, Neuropsychology, and Psychomotricity services. These data are subject to professional secrecy.
- Browsing Data: IP address, device type, and cookies (see Cookies section).
3. Processing of Minors' Data
Providing services to minors (such as Psychomotricity, Child Psychology, or LudoGym Baby) requires the prior, explicit, and documented consent of the holders of parental responsibilities or legal guardians. MoveMente reserves the right to request proof of such representation before starting any data collection or clinical monitoring of the minor.
4. Purpose and Legal Basis
We process your data for the following purposes: provision of clinical services, appointment management, and compliance with legal obligations. In the case of Marketing and Newsletters, the processing is based on your explicit consent, which can be withdrawn at any time.
5. Data Sharing
MoveMente does not sell or share your personal data with third parties for commercial purposes. Your data may only be shared with:
- Official Entities: Tax Authority (for billing) or the Health Regulatory Entity, when required by law.
- Service Providers: Clinical software or accounting providers, acting under our instructions and with confidentiality guarantees.
6. Security and Confidentiality
We adopt strict technical and organizational measures to protect your data against loss, unauthorized access, or alteration. All MoveMente professionals are strictly bound by Professional Secrecy and the respective Deontological Codes of their regulatory entities (Portuguese Psychologists Order and Portuguese Association of Psychomotor Therapists).
7. Retention Periods
Your data will be kept only for the strictly necessary period or as required by law:
- Billing Data: 10 years, according to the current tax legislation.
- Clinical Files and Health Data: Kept for the minimum periods stipulated by the applicable legislation for healthcare provision in Portugal.
- Contact/Marketing Data: Until the user withdraws their consent.
